Founded in 1994 in Vancouver, we at ELI Contracting (Elias Tkachuk Contracting Ltd.) have completed over six hundred projects from minor repairs to major renovations, including complete renovations to 13 Real Canadian Superstores, SportCheks flagship store at Robson Square in Vancouver and extensive work for PCI Developments and Shape Properties as well as many other clients. We have an experienced construction and management team and fully understand our clients’ needs. Our focus is to renovate or build with the least disruption to the clients business and customers or tenants.
